Equipment and Material Procurement
During pre-installation, Multimedia Tech identifies “long lead time” material and equipment purchases, working closely with the design team to develop a procurement strategy.
Multimedia Tech frequently procures significant items of equipment before the start of installations decided by the project team. Or, when requested, it provides all the equipment required if agreed.

Multimedia Tech fully integrates an owner’s commissioning process into the project by embedding your commissioning authority as part of the project team and combining the detailed commissioning requirements from the specifications into the project through a commissioning responsibility matrix.
Multimedia Tech then coordinates commissioning activities as the building AV systems are installed, started, tested and calibrated, and documented.
We conduct training sessions with staff and users on the operation of all systems, as well as ongoing first-year involvement in the annual testing and training of commissioning activities to continue proper system operation.
